The Aminu Dabo College of Health Sciences and Technology was established in 2015 to train Community Health Workers to meet the challenge of making Health Services close to the door step of the needy. The challenges of providing trained man power in health education and technology led to the desire to contribute towards the positive development of health education in Kano State and Nigeria at large.
The college will run the following programs for 2016/2017 academic session
Community Health Technology - CHEW & JCHEW, Medical Lab Science Technology, Pharmacy Technology, Dental Health Technology DHT (ND,Dip), Health Information Management (ND,Dip), Environmental Health Technology (ND,Dip.Cert.), General/Applied/Remedial Studies - General, Applied Science/Preliminary Studies.

POSITION : Lecturer I & II
Requirements
- BPH/MBBS/BDS/ODS in any relevant disciplines of Healthcare
- 7 years cognate experience of lecturing in tertiary inst. ( preferably college of Health or equivalent)
- Registered practitioner with appropriate professional bodies)
- Good mentorship, student’s co-ordination and clinical supervision.

POSITION : Senior Lecturer
Requirements
- MSc/MEd/MPH (other relevant discipline)
- 10 years cognate experience in tertiary institutes (preferably Health Technology or College Health.)
- Registered practitioner with relevant regulating agencies.

- Financial management/Prudence skills.
- Good revenue drives and accountability.
- At least 5 years working experience in relevant high level financial control and management in higher institutions.
POSITION : Registrar
Requirements
- MA/MSc (Public Administration, Political Science, Management Development studies, Economics, Public Policy, Diplomacy, Law, Human Resources Management.)
- Administrative Skills and high level of professionalism and public relation
- At least 5 years working experience in relevant administrative cadre in higher institution.
