Bauchi State Government - The Ministry of Works, Lands and Housing Bauchi State has vacancy for the position below:

POSITION : Director, Lands

Duties

  • To take charge of the General Administration of the Directorate of Lands.
  • To take responsibility for Lands development planning.
  • Advise the Government on Lands matters.
  • Any other duty that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidate for the post should he professionally registered with the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and valuers (NIEVES) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) which is a prerequisite for progression in the Lands Officer Cadre and a compulsory requirement for this post:
  • Candidate should also possess Authorized Seal and stamp of ESVARBON.
  • Candidate should be of impeccable character and must have not less than 20 years cognate working experience on Land Administration.

Condition of Service

  • The post is pensionable and attracts a salary Grade Level 16 plus allowances and other fringe benefits obtainable in the State Civil Service
  • Candidates already in the State Service should route their applications through their respective Heads of Department and MDA's and attach copies of relevant credentials and NYSC certificate.
