POSITION : Nigeria Country Director

Job Description

  • We are looking for a country Director able to support the overall direction of the business and operations in Nigeria.
  • Do you have a solid African experience?
  • Are you a true leader? Team manager?
  • Are you looking for a new challenge?
  • Ready to manage a several million € operations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction site
  • Be the Company Ambassador in Nigeria
  • Execute the operational plan
  • Recruit, coach, train and manage a local team
  • Achieve financial and administrative targets
  • Contribute to the sales success with the team
  • Ensure compliance of the legislation related to the activity
  • Liaise with the local partner.

Qualification, Skills and Experience 

  • Engineer, MBA or relevant education
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in team, project, operations or business unit management
  • You have a significant experience in Africa
  • You have excellent managerial skills, very good relationship and a good capacity to listen
  • You have a great capacity of adaption
  • French language skills a plus.
