Yes Mobile - A fast growing prestigious Retail organisation located on the Island of Lagos, is recruiting for the position below:

POSITION : Branch/Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations and sales performance.
  • Initiate strategic interventions to drive aggressive sales within branch location.
  • Market and close sales of company’s products and services to current and potential customers;
  • Optimally manage branch officers to improve sales performance
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact and close sales;
  • Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Recommend several sales strategies in order to drive sales;
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers;
  • Cross sell products;
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers;
  • Error free transactions/Ability to follow laid down processes for sales initiatives and routine duties.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum of B.Sc from any recognized Higher Institution
  • 5-7 years experience in sales
  • Not less than 27yrs, not more than 32yrs

 

POSITION : Service Centre Representative

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers complaints as regards device issues and ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
  • Responsible for assigning customers device issues to technicians
  • Remain knowledgeable on gadgets;
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers;
  • Error free transactions/Ability to follow laid down company standards and codes of conduct.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum of OND/NCE/ND from any recognized Higher Institution
  • 2-3 years experience in customer service and dealing with gadget issues
  • 24-26(yrs)
