POSITION : HR Business Partner

Objectives:

To ensure the business objectives are aligned with employees and management across the various departments.
You are responsible for providing proactive HR services in the area of Human relationsaimed at brining about the change which reinforce the business strategy of specific Jumia Companies.

REPORTING TO: Hr Director

Minimum Qualifications:

BSc in relevant field
5-7 years of professional.
Membership of a professional body.

POSITION : HR Associate

Objectives:

To support the HR TEAM in the delivery of key HR responsibilities relating to staff welfare, on-boarding and off-boarding and data management as well as ensuring timely and adequate support is provided to address employee challenges

Minimum Qualifications:

BSc in relevant field
2 years’ experience
Membership of a professional body.

POSITION : Security Associates

Objectives:

To perform protective service work to maiantan and ensure security of lives and property while adhereing to established rules and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

BSc in any field.
2 years’ relevant experience
Relevant security training.

POSITION : Image editor and optimizer

Objectives:

To assist in creating ideas and concepts targeted at improving the presentation and visibility of the website to attract and retain traffic.

REPORTING TO: Head of productions

Minimum Qualifications:

BSc in any relevant field
1-2 years’ experience in photo editing

POSITION : MANAGER, Fixed assets and general ledger

Objectives:

To ensure that fixed assets, prepayments, accruals and also the company’s accounts receivable position is properly stated.

Minimum Qualifications:

BSc in relevant field
Membership of professional body
4 years’ experience in similar role.
