Job Description

Key Responsibility for Social Entrepreneur

Build Local Functional (Admin/ Account /Sales/ Project) Team
Keep Track and Audit of Activities
Develop Proactive action plan for execution
Create Opportunity for self employment at local level
Make Training /Assessment Program at local level
Conduct program profit focused and service driven with transparency
Conflict Management at local Level
Building Relation local Public and Cooperative service sector offices
Set up correct Priority for overall business progress
Build Transformative ,Collaborative ,Sharing purposeful leadership

Pre-requisites and Experience

Basic Education: Graduation in All Engineering / Medical / IT/ Education /Science / Mass Communication/ Social Study.
Considerable 10+ year experience in public service sector or self employment .
Welcome Subject additional Focus on Finance, Agriculture, Trade,Employment, Environment, Future Life care, Education, Science Technology, Architecture, and Social Communication
Individual Thinker, knowledge Explorer, Cross Multi Culture Experience, Living free from blind belief in Science Religion, Culture, Social, Education, Wealth boundary.
Question, Acceptance, Educate, Sharing approach toward ignorance of self or individual.
Work towards building business which gives opportunity to poorest in terms of education, health, economic, culture.
Willingness and desire to collaborate with others, lead wisdom, take accountability of own actions .
Apart from English, Associate should be able deliver to one local /native regional language. -Ready to explore Technology and IT to work effectively
