Michael Stevens Consulting - In furtherance of the objective of strengthening our management structure to take advantage of emerging opportunities, it has become imperative identify self managed, and very experienced individuals to meet the responsibilities inherent in the position below:

POSITION : Chief Miller

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:

  • Report to the Country Head of Milling
  • Be responsible for 5 plants nationwide.

Requirements

  • A degree in Food Science Engineering is required, preferably with an MBA.
  • 15-18 years experience in the Flour Killing Industry.
  • Not less than 5 years as a Senior Manager.
  • Nigerian or Expatriate.

Expectations:

  • Meet Production Volumes
  • Meet Extraction rates
  • Established good manufacturing practice
  • Quality and Safety Standards
  • Milling loss minimization.

 

POSITION : Materials Controller

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:

  • Report to Head Supply Chain
  • Be responsible for Local and International Procurement
  • Materials and Parts Procurement
  • Joint in time inventory

Requirements

  • Must have negotiation skills
  • Procurement planning & purchase of raw materials, parts etc. for 5 Factories
  • BSC, MSC, MBA with not less than 15 years experience.
