POSITION : Project Manager

Job Description
Project managers are responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects. The PM will be responsible to:

  • Plan, implement and monitor HYGIENE PROMOTION and Solid Waste Management related activities.
  • Ensuring that operations are in compliance with hygiene standards & company policies.
  • Ensure personal flexibility, involvement and respect.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects.
  • Ensure each project is operating according to agreed hygiene & budgetary standards.
  • Ensure all procurement procedures are implemented & adhered to.
  • Maintain good client relationships & ensuring retention & expansion.
  • Providing advice on the managements of projects.
  • Ensure that assigned activities are implemented according to program work plan and methodology validated by the management.
  • Prepare work plan for assigned hygiene services.
  • Supervise the data collection and follow up of impact beneficiaries at field level.
  • Compile the regular report from the field regarding the progress of projects.
  • Ensure that all health & safety standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure projects are properly serviced with qualified staff & productivity level is maintained by appropriate head counts at all times.
  • Ensure consistent & high standards of any service/s as agreed.
  • Ensure that all employee files & data are up to date at all times.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate
  • Motivated, open, creative, mature, responsible, flexible, culturally sensitive.
  • BSC or HND.

Experience:

  • 3 years experience in related industry
