POSITION : Project Manager
Job Description
Project managers are responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects. The PM will be responsible to:
- Plan, implement and monitor HYGIENE PROMOTION and Solid Waste Management related activities.
- Ensuring that operations are in compliance with hygiene standards & company policies.
- Ensure personal flexibility, involvement and respect.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects.
- Ensure each project is operating according to agreed hygiene & budgetary standards.
- Ensure all procurement procedures are implemented & adhered to.
- Maintain good client relationships & ensuring retention & expansion.
- Providing advice on the managements of projects.
- Ensure that assigned activities are implemented according to program work plan and methodology validated by the management.
- Prepare work plan for assigned hygiene services.
- Supervise the data collection and follow up of impact beneficiaries at field level.
- Compile the regular report from the field regarding the progress of projects.
- Ensure that all health & safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure projects are properly serviced with qualified staff & productivity level is maintained by appropriate head counts at all times.
- Ensure consistent & high standards of any service/s as agreed.
- Ensure that all employee files & data are up to date at all times.
Qualifications
- Computer literate
- Motivated, open, creative, mature, responsible, flexible, culturally sensitive.
- BSC or HND.
Experience:
- 3 years experience in related industry
