POSITION : Head of Sales

Job Details

  • The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and have the overall responsibility for leading and driving the company’s sales strategy and initiatives and developing new revenue sensitive Corporate and Trade Partner client relationships.
  • He / She must be extremely focused, self-motivated, have proven successes in sales, and possess advanced negotiation and interpersonal relationship management skills with the ability to effectively oversee a large team of top notch sales staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification is 7 years’ experience in sales, with increasing management responsibilities.
  • Experience within the Tourism/Aviation/Travel Management sectors will be an added advantage.
