POSITION : Marketing Manager
Summary of Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for improving the company’s market position and achieving financial growth.
- Source for potential new clients.
- Drive sales activities
- Make cold calls as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the construction industry.
- Develop proposals that speak to the customer’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing services.
- Responsible for heading up expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
- Put together plans for effective strategies and pitches that will persuade other business organizations to do business with the Company.
- Drive peak performance and sales success across your marketing team
- Devise and implement strategies for meeting sales performance targets
Qualifications
- Min. HND/B.Sc in Marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in similar role
Salary
Industry competitive + commissions.
POSITION : Storekeeper
Summary of Responsibilities
- Stock card management
- Stock management
- Ensure supply of stock when payment is confirmed
- Provide stock report on request
- Supervise stock movement
Qualifications
- Min. OND/Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in similar role.
- Conversant with stock taking and control checks, raising waybills.
POSITION : Van (Pick Up) Driver
Summary of Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to sites
- Deliver goods to customers
- Supervise offloading and on-loading
- Assist wherever needed
Qualifications
- Min. SSCE Certificate.
- At least 5 years experience in similar role.
- Conversant with eastern road networks(Onitsha, Enugu, Owerri, Porthacourt, Asaba etc).
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
POSITION : Marketing Executive (Female)
Summary of Responsibilities
- Source for potential new clients.
- Drive sales activities
- Make cold calls as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Build relationships with existing customers in an attempt to increase their current spend
- Put together plans for effective strategies and pitches that will persuade other business organizations to do business with the Company.
Qualifications
- Min. OND/Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in similar role.
POSITION : Office Assistant
Summary of Responsibilities
- Perform work related errands
- Cleans the office area and rest rooms
- Assist departments as needed
- Attend to customers where necessary
- Receive official calls where necessary
Qualifications
- Min. SSCE Certificate.
- At least 1 year experience in similar role.
POSITION : Truck Driver
Summary of Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to sites (within and outside Lagos)
- Deliver goods to customers
- Supervise offloading and on-loading
- Assist wherever needed
Qualifications
- Min. SSCE Certificate.
- At least 5 years experience in similar role
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must be conversant with interstate routes
- Will be required to deliver goods outside of Lagos
