TransnationalHCS (THCS) - Our client, provides specialized Seismic, Geophysical, Reservoir Characterization and ICT/Big Data solutions for Exploration, Development & Production projects in the Oil and Gas Industry.

POSITION : Secretary to CEO

Requirements
The candidate must have/satisfy these Qualifications/Experience requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (2.2 or above) in Secretariat Studies, Law, Mass Communication, Business Administration, International Business or related fields. A relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage;
  • Excellent computer literacy (msoffice: Word, Excel, powerpoint & Internet) and hands-on experience in secretarial function;
  • Three (3) years of well-rounded secretarial, administrative or executive personal assistance experience in general secretarial services including arranging appointments, accurate and presentable typing work & correspondence, co-ordination of internal and external meetings, and management of office supplies in organised corporate environments;
  • Smart, self-assured, well-travelled, pleasant, mature, and enthusiastic personality, with a positive and modern mindset to tight and broad schedules
