POSITION : Home Tutor
Description
- At PHESL our teachers are young, passionate and focused.
- They consist of experienced teachers with years of incomparable achievements, working class professionals who have passion for home tutorials and young entrees who have gone through our trainings and are passionate about the profession.
- They work with little or no supervision and are well skilled. We currently have our tutors on part-time basis only.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of focus point of the class for the week before execution of all home tutorial
- Preparation of our pupils for the various categories of our products
- Preparation of monthly assessment of our pupils
- Preparation and submission of monthly report of pupils performance
- Attend quarterly training program and monthly performance review
- Other roles made are assigned by the management to aid the success of the company
Educational Qualifications
- Our teachers/tutors MUST possess one or more of the qualifications to qualify as a Princely Heritage Tutor.
- Working class graduate with free leisure time
- Minimum of second class lower (2.2) in any University degree
- Minimum of lower credit (2.2) at HND level
- B.Ed, any professional qualifications
- NCE with proven track record.
