Job description

Position: WordPress Designer & Developer (PHP/MYSQL).

Location: LAGOS

Duties & Responsibilities

The WordPress developer will be a key member of the web development team, responsible for building and maintaining Client websites and applications.


Skill Requirements
 

  • Good written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Good organization and time management skills for tracking several projects at the same time
  • Applicant must show relevant WordPress experience
  • Install and tweak responsive WordPress themes
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, OOP PHP, MySQL, jQuery, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of popular WordPress plugins
  • Talented UI Designer & Developer to create amazing user experiences and develop interactive web sites.
  • The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
  • Develop designs into functional websites
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards


Job Details
 

  • We urgently need a Developer who is proficient in WordPress Development, PHP/MySQL and is familiar with version control system (Git) to work with us.
  • This position is a full-time staff and freelance role.
  • If you are the competent candidate send your CV with cover letter stating why you are a good fit for this role.

 

Note: Salary starts from 40k for the first month. If we are impressed with your performance, then we up the salary to 50k.

If we see that you are exceptionally good and you exhibit the character that fits our company culture, we may convert to full-time at a salary of 70k in a month for a start.
