POSITION : Brands Manager, Advertising
Purpose
- Primary Client interface, providing Advertising advisory and executing relevant strategies to enhance clients’ businesses.
Responsibilities
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns
- Oversee media buying
- Measure ad effectiveness and optimize if needed
- Prepare cost estimates for campaigns
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
- Form and direct Clients’ strategy for advertising and implementing campaigns
- Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
- Plan advertising, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards

POSITION : Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner
Purpose
- Primarily act as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner (MP) providing business performance planning, monitoring and evaluation of Zenera’s subsidiaries.
- The nature of this job will require local and international travel.
Responsibilities
- Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Conserve MP’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Assist the MP in overseeing the activities of BuzzDigital, Zenera Consulting and Redbee Limited with periodic updates and reviews
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements

POSITION : Graphics/Creative Manager
Purpose
- Thinking Creatively - Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
- Up-to-date knowledge to interpret clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.
Responsibilities
- Working on a variety of products, including Corporate Identity Manuals, Adverts, product packaging, websites, etc.
- Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget. Managing client proposals from concepts through to design, print and production
- Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.

Purpose
- Executive business writing, strategic communications support for the group and clients through report writing, copywriting, presentations, scripts, publications, speeches and editing.
Responsibilities
- Research and write reports, newsletters, business-to-consumer communications and business-to-business communications
- Manage development of research papers on communications and marketing in various sectors of the Nigerian economy
- Provide timely information and intelligence relevant to clients and their industries
- Monitor, capture, filter and organise information and data to ensure strategic and valuable information is available for campaigns
- Develop monthly insightful articles and manage Zenera websites
- Work with graphic artists to create infographics and other relevant content for social media channels of Zenera Group and clients

POSITION : Client Service Director
Purpose
- Primary Client interface, providing Client Relationship Management advisory and executing relevant strategies to enhance clients businesses.
Responsibilities
- Generally responsible for Zeneras client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients, service providers and contractors to maximise value creation
- Champion the development of image building/management strategies and programmes, providing needed support to clients
- Develop client communications plans, manage events and programmes with budgets based on client needs justifiable vis-à-vis revenues and profits
- Develop relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
- Develop strategies to deepen pocket share of existing clients through relationship building, new initiatives and other relevant activities
- Manage key relationships with stakeholder groups including clients, employees, external parties
- Work closely with clients to develop and implement effective communications strategies, goals and objectives that create adequate awareness about product/service propositions and brands
- Creating and maintaining a group-wide communication strategy for external communications
