POSITION Human Resources Manager
Description
BCX, Africa's leading ICT Solutions provider,seeks the expertise of an experienced HR Manager ( Generalist - HR Business Patterning) to support their Nigeria staff.
To coordinate and implement HR processes policies and procedures within the region according to clearly defined corporate controls and regulations. ( Essential - strong experience and knowledge of Nigeria's HR Labour Laws and basic conditions of employment act)
Context
- The increased need be customer focused in order to ensure that HR is viewed as a strategic business partner
- Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation and to understand the impact thereof on the business
- Be aware of new developments in respect of information technology e.g. implementation of SAP HR
- Have an all encompassing skills portfolio in order to deliver effective HR support
- Be aware of the impact of organisational restructuring and change management
- The increased need to be prepared and understand the impact of HIV/Aids on HR related processes
- Comply with the Information, Communication and Technology charter at all times

Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12
- NQF Level 4 plus National Diploma or Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology.
- NQF level 5 or 6
Experience:
- Honours in HR / Industrial Psychology preferable 5 yrs relevant HR experience
