POSITION : HR & Admin Manager
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate shall take charge of all HR activities of the company, including: Talent resourcing and management, HR systems development, staff performance management, compensation management, HR Operations, training and manpower development and industrial relations.
- He will also be responsible for all administrative and corporate services activities of the company, including corporate affairs, overall management of the company's physical assets and other general services.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must hold minimum of a good Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Social Science or any other related discipline, or relevant HND qualification, plus relevant professional certification.
- In addition, candidate must have minimum of 7 years working experience in the HR & Admin function of a vibrant organisation, at least 3 of which must be at managerial cadre.
Competencies
- knowledge of global best practices in all strategic HR functions, and sound working knowledge of the aspects of the Nigerian Labour Law, regulatory requirements and conditions of service guiding employment relations in Oil and Gas erganisations in Nigeria.
