POSITION : Customer Care Officer

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers orders, enquires and complains through answering phone calls, responding to mails, and other social media platforms.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analysing customers orders, enquiries and complains, and send it through the management reporting system.
  • Occasionally be involved in attending to walk-in customers, and going on errands, as required by the CEO.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Qualification

  •  OND/HND in any field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Must be resident in Ogba, Lagos.

Skills:

  • Communication Skills (Oral and Writing)
  • Patient
  • Able to Listen effectively
  • Be Humble
  • Possess phone answering skills
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suit, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to write reports.

Renumeration
20,000 - 25,000 naira.
