POSITION : Chief Electrical Engineer
Qualifications
- The incumbent will drive the overall maintenance & management of all Electrical equipment and installation, troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues and optimize resource utilization to minimize breakdowns.
- B.ENG or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with (Power Option)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing company preferably Iron Steel Industry.
- A Professional Engineering certificate or Master's Degree is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Power & Control Engineering, Preventive Maintenance, Design & Project management
- Knowledge of Power ratings of equipment, earthing and electrical power consumption, Engineering services management, procedures and standards.
POSITION : Chief Security Officer
Qualifications
- Responsible for securing the organization’s physical and digital security, devise policies and procedures regarding areas such as business continuity planning, loss prevention and fraud prevention and privacy.
- First Bachelor's Degree/HND in Criminology, Security Management or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years hands on experience as CSO in a Manufacturing concern
- Excellent skill n Security Guard Management & knowledge of threat assessment
- Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors
- Candidates with Military background or exmilitary personnel is an added advantage
POSITION : HR/Admin Manager
Qualifications
- The Incumbent plans, develops and Implements strategy for HR management and development and he is responsible for creating policies, procedures and manuals for the smooth running of the office and to drive their implementations.
- First Degree in Humanities or Business related fields
- Professional HR qualification
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing company preferably Iron & Steel Industry
- Must have good understanding pf Nigerian labour laws and industrial relations/arbitration

POSITION : Marketing Manager
Qualifications
- The incumbent will lead the team in revolutionary business development activities across the nation. He will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing marketing programs, work closely with management and the sales team to map out marketing strategies.
- First Degree or HND in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a manufacturing company preferably Iron & Steel Industry
- Must have burning desire to sell and must be target driven,
- MBA and membership of relevant professional organizations will be added advantage
POSITION : Production Manager (Rolling Mill)
Qualifications
- The Production Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes
- First Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years post.graduation experience in a steel rolling mill
- Must have adequate knowledge of business and managerial principles( Budgeting, Strategic planning and resource allocation),
- Must be responsible for production output, product quality, storage, dispatch and on-time shipping
- Responsible for the good working conditions of the factories including facilities and equipment management and safe working environment for workers
- Ensure the production team are adequately supported in the provision of required materials for achieving production targets
POSITION : Production Manager (Automobile)
Qualifications
- Production managers ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
- Planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients.
- B.ENG or HND in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- A Master's Degree or an MBA Will be added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a vehicle manufacturing or armoring plant.
- Must have adequate knowledge of business and managerial principles( Budgeting, Strategic planning and resource allocation),
- Determine amount of necessary resources in production (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- knowledge of organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
POSITION : Training Manager
Qualifications
- Develops and administers training programs for employee; assesses training and development needs for organizations, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in- person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness..
- First Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- A Master's Degree or an MBA will be added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience as Training Manager in a Manufacturing concern,
- Training experience in a steel Rolling Mill or Automobile company is an added advantage
- Develop and Set up a standard training School/program to cater for the skill gaps of all staff.
- Develop and oversee training programs for Management trainees and experienced staff
POSITION : Research and Development Manager
Qualifications
- The incumbent is to improve the current technologies offered by the organization and develop innovations that strengthen the organization’s position in the market place. He keeps abreast of current trends, practices, developments, and regulatory changes,
- First Degree/HND in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years post-graduation experience in R & D in a manufacturing concern.
- Drive and implement R&D projects from market analysis, customer orientation, technical solution proposal & project execution
- Undertake project management responsibilities, and ensure full compliance of work schedules, procedures and requirements
- Good understanding of the Automobile Engineering including design, production and operation of Automobile.
