FAB Juice Bar is  recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Dispatch Rider

 Description

  • Responsible for delivering our products to the customer.
  • Expected to exhibit excellent customer service and be the face of the Juice Bar while at it.
  • Carry out other functions as assigned by the manager.

 Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service the bike when needed.
  • Meet daily delivery goals.
  • Responsible for delivering packages to the customers
  • Ensures the delivery is well secured to avoid spillage.
  • Get feedback from customers on areas of improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • Relevant licenses required to ply the roads in Lagos.

Skills & abilities:

  • Customer service skills
  • Product and job knowledge
  • People skills
  • Organized and motivated
  • Excellent on the bike
  • Knowledge of Lagos routes.
  • Able to work days, evenings and weekends on rotational basis

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift and carry up to 13kg
  • Must be resident in Lagos
