POSITION : Content / Social Media Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage daily engagement of users on social media (FB, IG and Twitter) - Professionals, Clients, Businesses.
- Facilitation of GlamAfric’s offline events.
- Coordinate Business review site visit.
- Dealing with escalations from external clients
- Knowledgeable across communications design, copywriting and content production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
- Able to work remotely. Which means successful person must have their own devices (laptop & mobile phone)
- Comfortable with cold calling.
- Create & manage our Multi Media Marketing Calendar and activities.
- Plan & Manage content strategy and contributors.
- Manage Daily and Adhoc Email Campaigns using tools such as Mail chimp.
- Digital Designs for Marketing Ads, Social Media Posts, and other Branded engagement materials for Offline / Online (Clients & Professionals).
- Create & Implement Audio / videos campaigns to enhance GlamAfric’s brand.
- Improve consistency and relevancy around our content strategy and ensure optimal delivery via social media channels, groups, communities, etc.
- Device strategy for Virality across our media & product properties.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Exposures to social media, email and design tools are a must for this role.
