POSITION : Project Support Manager - Telecom
Description
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of services to key clients.
To create long term relationships, acting as the bridge between our client and our operational delivery team.
DUTIES
- Develop and distribute service reports to key internal personnel and clients, highlighting potential issues and make suggestions for improvement.
- Interface with the Operations team at the head office, the Regional Managers and Operations Directors and ensuring that they are aware of new developments.
- Ensure that all Operations and Maintenance related issues raised by the client are closed.
- Responsible for operations interface with clients.
- Plan operations and maintenance activities as stated in the SLA including but not limited to Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance.
- Monitor overall performance of services and timelines to deliver on projects.
Relationship Management:
- Acts as the liaising officer between IPI Powertech Nigeria and the client with respect to maintenance projects.
- Build and Maintain a business relationship with key clients staff at all levels.
- Work with the clients and senior management to identify and manage services improvement activities.

- Ability to deliver technical presentations competently
- Decisiveness and ability to use initiative to make quick decisions and resolve problems
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Must be able to interface with clients “Executive” Level Management
- Clinical and attentive to details
- Good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills
- Telecoms Project management / Service delivery experience of at least five (5) years
- B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical
- Project Management certification is a must
- Understanding of workflow systems
- MS Office suite and advanced Excel skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects within define timelines under high pressure
