POSITION : Office Assistant

DESCRIPTION

Maintain the office operations by cleaning the office, receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers, photocopying documents and other duties as assigned.

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cleaning the office
  • Running Errands
  • Ensuring the environment is neat and tidy
  • Assist with some administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications

  • Minimum SSCE/NCE/OND 
  • Knowledge of office equipment
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of office equipment.
  • Respectful personality

Remuneration
N50,000.00
