  • Employee welfare management

  • Compensation and payroll management

Requirements

  • Young enough to engage other young people
  • Technologically savvy enough to operate in a technology based terrain
  • Creative, fluid in approach, able to operate in a fast paced environment without being fixated on traditional HR approach.
  • Residing in Port-Harcourt will be a good preference
  • Proactive and creative
  • Good research ability and inclination
  • Mature enough to handle human emotions and organisational politics
