POSITION : Control and Instrumentation Specialist
Description
- High level skills in managing and operating Windows server and XP edition, Siemens S7 PLC Hardware, Siemens step 7 software and programming, Siemens S7 safety Plc, Industrial Ethernet and TCP in IP Networks, ECS (FLS Automation process control system) and Proface HMI Displays and Profibus DP Networks.
- Control and Instrumentation Specialist plans, designs, develops, implements and manages equipment used for controlling and monitoring different engineering machinery, equipment and processes.
- Main responsibility will be to make sure that all the processes and tools are functional, efficient, and safe for users.
- Our Control and Instrumentation Specialists must have an excellent understanding of operational processes and a good knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC), distributed control systems, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), Advanced Process Control (APC) and Weighing and Equipment Caliberation.
Qualification
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 5 years Hand-on experience performing similar role
- Good business skills and commercial awareness are big virtues
- Ability to motivate others, Deliver on time, in-budget, to-specification and contribute to Food Safety and Business Quality Management System Development are very important.
- Share knowledge and good knowledge and enforcement of LEAN manufacturing process very essential.
- Not more than 35 years.
