Ensure that Daily and Weekly Care Maintenance Check on Machines are duly Carried out.
Ensure Maximum Machine Availability and Efficiency through Adequate Maintenance Schedules and Prompt Attendance to Breakdown on the Machines.
Ensure Low Cost of Maintenance and Repair Work Activities together with Low Material Wastage.
Proper Coordination of Subordinate Personnel (Technicians and Technical Operators) for Effective Team Work and Standard of Operation.
Carryout Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance on all the Tetra Pak Filling Machines in the factory; namely: Tetra Classic Aseptic (TCA), Tetra Fino Aseptic (TFA), A3/Flex, A3/CompactFlex, A3/Speed and A3/Flex TGA LEAF Machines.
Carryout preventive and breakdown maintenance on Tetra Pak filling machines such as: Tetra Bricks Aseptic(TBA 8 and TBA 19) machines, A3 Flex machines and Tetra Classic Aseptic(TCA 1) machines.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Tetra Pak down stream packaging machines such as: Tetra Cap Applicator, Tetra Straw Applicator, Tetra Card Board Packer, Accumulator Easy Ride, Accumulator Helix and Shrink Rapping Machines.
Carryout Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance on all the Tetra Pak Distribution (Downstream) Equipment in the Factory; namely: Accumulator Helix, Cap Applicator, Straw Applicator, Card Board Packer and Tray Shrink Machines.
Carryout Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance on other Factory Machines and Equipment such as: Carton Sealing Machines, Conveyor Systems and Elevators (including Vertical and Spiral Elevators).
Ensure that Planned Maintenance Work on Machines are duly Carried out for Maximum Efficiency.
Key Requirements
B.Sc in Engineering or related course
