POSITION : Hotel Front Desk Manager

Description

  • Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the front office to ensure adherence to standard
  • Oversees and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guest.
  • Keep effective key control and participates in matters relating to customer room security

Requirements

  • 5years working experience in Hospitality especially front desk.
  • Advanced knowledge in OPERA.
