POSITION : Human Resource Sales Consultant (Team Lead)
Description
- Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.
- Working closely with other departments and finding opportunities to cross sell
- Monitor competition and follow current developments
- Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
- Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
- Contacting potential customers via telephone, email and face to face.
- Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate services.
- Negotiating prices with potential customers and closing sales.
- Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
- Motivate sales team to achieve great results
Qualification
- Proven Sales performance in Consulting environment.
- Experienced negotiator able to drive revenue
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success
- 5 - 10 years working experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration with MBA/ relevant certifications
- Verbal and written communication skills
