POSITION : Support Services Analyst 2
Description
Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies.
Upgrades hardware and software components.
Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
Monitors and collects data on system performance.
Performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.
Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Able to perform tasks of high complexity and difficulty. Such individual could also manage, train and mentor other team members and lead projects
Requirement
MCSA (Cloud or Productivity) or higher Microsoft certification will be an added advantage
4 years post NYSC experience
B.Sc./B.Eng/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Minimum Second Class Upper Division
CCNP or Higher Cisco certification
Skills:
General knowledge in Enterprise storage and backup infrastructure
Microsoft Server and Active Directory knowledge
Microsoft Skype for Business knowledge
Project Supervision
Cisco Routing & Switching
Cisco Unified Communications
General data networking and telecommunications knowledge
IT Facilities Maintenance
