Creative Associates International is looking to build relationships with individuals that have proven technical experience working on donor funded projects.

The goal is to create and build a network of technical experts interested in employment with Creative either now or in the future as opportunities become available.

Some positions are available now and other opportunities will present themselves in the near future.

We are looking for Technical Experts in the following Programmatic areas

  1. Capacity Development
  2. Countering Violence Extremism
  3. Political Transitions
  4. Stabilization
  5. Governance and Community Resilience
  6. Education in Conflict and Access to Education
  7. Early Grade Reading
  8. Instructional Systems
  9. Economic Growth Workforce Development
  10. Agriculture and Livelihoods
  11. Youth Development and Engagement
  12. Gender

Sample positions include:

  1. Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party
  2. Project Director, Deputy Project Director
  3. Program Manager, Program Officer
  4. Program Development Officer
  5. Technical Advisor, Technical Officer
  6. Activity Managers, Activity Officer etc.

Requirements

  • Experience with one of the following donors: USAID, OTI, U.S. State Department, DfID or another international donor/funder
  • Verbal communication skills and effective in representation and liaison with external actors
  • Spoken and technical writing ability in English, including report writing
  • Computer skills in programs including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Degree or University Degree, advanced Degree preferred
  • At least 2-8 years of experience in one or more of the above programmatic/technical areas
  • Work under pressure in challenging working and living conditions
