POSITION : Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Records all inquiries, telephone discussion with visitors
  • Receives customers that visit the organization
  • Ensures the reception environment is conducive
  • Keeps registers - visitors, staff movement
  • Interact face-to face or over the phone with customers
  • Receives and transfer in-coming calls
  • Responds to inquiries with products and service information
  • Sorts mails received
  • Types, scans and sends out emails etc.

Qualifications

  • N/HND certificate
  • 3 years as a secretary
  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
