POSITION : Client Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Write briefs with detailed functionality specifications.
  • Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations.
  • Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.
  • Lead client meetings, including presentation of new creative work, strategic POVs, and analytical reports.
  • Facilitate resolution of any issues on client work.
  • Assess opportunities and competitive activities for clients.
  • Implement industry best practices and share digital trends with clients.
  • Responsible for developing client relationship and closing the ‘sale’.
  • Work with the creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research and constantly learn new technology.

A suitable candidate must:

  • Excellent communication skills (both writing and oral)
  • Have passion for client satisfaction
  • A minimum of B.Sc or HND in any related field
  • Significant experience in a brand and advertising agency
  • Innovative and creative
  • Goal oriented
