POSITION : Human Resource Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Input data into databases and utilize databases to generate reports and access information
- Ensure timely set-up of meetings and training sessions including preparing materials and invite lists
- Coordinate On-Boarding Processes, including account set-up, conduction of new hire orientation, and collect/process all required new hire paperwork
- Act as the first point of contact for HR/Payroll questions and refer to appropriate staff if necessary
- Create and maintain all employee personnel files and other filing systems in a manner that ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Assist with calendaring and other administrative duties as necessary
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience within an HR setting and be willing to provide support to HR management.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in planning events and building company culture
- Strong Microsoft suit skills
