POSITION : Sales Manager

DESCRIPTION

To execute sales strategy by coordinating Customer Service Executives’ sales activities, ensure effective customer relationship management, drive sales volume and manage effective collection strategies in assigned territories

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to the Regional Sales Manager for the implementation of company’s sales objectives in the region.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and deploy prospecting process.
  • Responsible for effective distribution of Company’s products
  • Responsible for “test market” of new products and exploit their market potentials to the fullest.
  • Train and develop Sales-Force and coordinate their efforts towards achieving the company’s set target.
  • Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the implementation of annual sales budget as approved in AOP.
  • Develop existing and future key distributors in assigned territory.
  • Monitor trade relations between, key distributors, non-key distributors, and sub-dealers.
  • Develop and manage existing and potential institutional outlets and organizations in assigned territory.
  • Constantly monitor the market trend with a view to maintaining and increasing the Company’s share of the market in the assigned region.
  • Collate and report on competition activities in the region.
  • Responsible for recommending and coordinating dealers’ specific promotions, trade shows and events.
  • Coordinate the implementation of distributors’ outlets visibility.

 Requirement 

  • Have a Degree or equivalent
  • 7 years experience, 2years at Management Level.
  • Good experience in sales, particularly in Industrial Products and Consumer Durables.
  • Sales experience in Foam Industry an advantage.
  • Practical sales field experience required
