POSITION : Front Officer

Requirements

  • Literacy in typing and computer skills with good knowledge of micro soft office package.
  • Quality verbal communication skills with strong written characters.
  • Ability to prioritize,manage and organize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to details  

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering phone calls and taking down bookings from guest.
  • Receive guest with a warm welcome and outspoken attitude. 
  • Keeps up day to day record on sales with a good writing communication.
