POSITION : Social Media & Web Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing a social media strategy and executing on the strategy with specific campaigns in Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading site content under the supervision of the Head of Marketing.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee social media accounts design.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Audit competitors online and social media efforts as well as general market research.
  • Keep up to speed with trends and pertinent competitor information.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Set specific objectives and report on-RO.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share original and engaging content daily.
  • Monitor web traffic metrics.
  • Work closely with Web designs and Marketing department to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standards.

 Requirements

  • 2 years experience.
  • Develop & execute social media strategies that are aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Possess strong communication and people skills.
  • Passion for social media & emerging technology.
  • A detail-oriented multitasker.
