POSITION : Brewing Manager
Responsibilities
Translate and Implement Brewing, Manufacturing and Business strategies
Manage Financial Performance
Manage Human Resources by developing employees; ensuring a healthy industrial climate; managing and applying people processes, managing own performance and that of direct reports etc.
Communicate effectively in the workplace
Manage Occupational Health, Safety, Risk And Environment
Apply Strategic Knowledge Of The Brewing Plant And Process In The Department
Lead And Manage Plant, Process, Systems And Service Requirements In The Department
Lead The Systemic Brewing Performance Improvement In The Department
Lead The Systemic Application Of Asset Management In The Department
Lead The Quality And Integrated Management Systems In The Department
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering or the natural sciences (Ideally BSc Process or Mechanical Engineer, Biochemistry, Microbiology, with IBD Master Brewer).
Minimum of 5 - 6 years’ experience in Brewing or related field at senior line management.
Good Understanding of process control within a brewing/process environment
Sound computer knowledge
Competencies:
Strong leadership potential and Proven leadership skills
Good communicator, with effective team-related skills
Good understanding of Asset Care principles and good practice (Including CMMS)
Good understanding of the principles and practices of The Manufacturing Excellence
