Responsibilities
Optimise Plant To Control Raw Material Usage And Manage The Optimisation Of Total Usage Of Energy And Water For The Department.
Manage Financial Performance
Manage Human Resources by developing employees; ensuring a healthy industrial climate; managing and applying people processes, managing own performance and that of direct reports etc
Manage Occupational Health, Safety, Risk And Environment
Apply Advanced/Specialist Knowledge Of The Utilities Plant And Process In The Departments
Lead, Implement and Optimise Asset Management System In Utilities
Manage Utilities Engineering Department by Providing Effective Leadership In Terms of Engineering Matters and Managing of Utilities Engineering’s Support to the Operational Teams
Execute Engineering Projects In Utilities Through Management of All Engineering Projects Implementation In Utilities; Measuring and Tracking of Performance Improvements Associated With Such projects Against Targets
Manage Utilities Department by Providing Effective Leadership In Terms Of Utilities Matters, Managing The Performance of Team Members And Managing Productivity In Utilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mechanical / Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Registered Engineering certificate will be an added advantage
Minimum of 4 - 5 years’ cognate experience in a brewery or FMCG environment
Good knowledge of Modern Asset care Principles.
