Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

Lead the assessment of key business value levers of large business transformation programs that are multi-year initiatives requiring greater investment.
Lead the interdependency and execution risk assessments of large business transformation programs that are multi-year initiatives investment.
Track alignment on the priority value drivers, value capture metrics, and value capture monitoring to ensure that large business transformation programs are managed for value.
Ensure assigned large business transformation programs follow the Envision of Five3nigeriaLimited Value Assurance practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum (1) year in management consulting firm.
Very effective problem solver with strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify, refine, prioritize, and quantify key issues and impacts utilizing proven strategic frameworks.
Leadership skills will be essential to success as you foster open communication with people across a wide range of experience and position. You will need a strong ability to work with, and influence others with data-based discussions. You will need to have a sense of urgency to drive projects forward and hold others accountable for their commitments. You will have opportunity to be innovative in finding solutions, and as a key strategic initiative for the business, this role will have high visibility to Five3nigeriaLimited leadership.
Relevant experience leading large-scale, business transformation programs of new business systems/processes for global, matrixed manufacturing organizations is required.
Risk Management experience relating to measuring, monitoring and forecasting the value of business/technology systems is required.
Vendor Management experience, as well as extensive experience in resource planning, recruiting, onboarding, and a strong team builder to coach and develop individuals while accomplishing work as a team is required.

Education, Licenses or Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is required.
