As our Marketing Manager, you’ll craft our message and deliver exciting, insight-driven campaigns that show corporate buyers the value of partnering with the us. It’s a relationship-driven role where as well as the creativity to conceive fantastic and effective ideas, you’ll need the confidence to inspire colleagues and clients with your vision.
You’ll be our in-house authority on B2B; defining our proposition, developing our broader B2B strategy and delivering bespoke campaigns to grow our key accounts.
We’re looking for someone bursting with ideas and itching to be involved wherever they can add value, whether that’s leading our in-house content teams to perfection or working directly with clients to deliver exactly what they need. In this role you’ll:
Plan, design, manage and execute fully-integrated B2B marketing campaigns
Develop the B2B portion of our marketing strategy ensuring all B2B activity is aligned with wider business development and revenue targets
Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers at target organisations
Recommend and implement tailored marketing solutions to grow key accounts
Clearly brief in-house content teams and monitor execution through continued collaboration
Who We Are Looking For
Experience in creation and execution of marketing plans, strong prioritisation and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strategic thinker and strong leader with the ability to manage direct line reports, influence others and make sound decisions decisively based on data or insights
Ability to think through, and deliver, exceptional end-to-end customer experience
Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple tasks, priorities and projects simultaneously and successfully
Leads and influences effectively within the organisation and builds strong relationships to deliver outstanding results with limited resource.
Flair for ambiguity and infectious 'can do' attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident influencing senior leaders
Confident running multiple complex campaigns including budgeting and managing suppliers
Prior excellence in marketing roles with a real focus on driving thought leadership content, comprehensive knowledge of all social platforms with a real hands on attitude
Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of change, startup mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
Balanced individual who brings'cando' motivation to work every day
Distribute dynamic and engaging content through key social platforms as well as actively developing third party partnerships.
Apply creativity, problem solving and analytic skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and make recommendations and decisions.
