POSITION : Helpdesk and Support Officer
Responsibilities
Exceptions - (Segregation Of Duties, Master Data Access, User Modification/ Management, Review of the system, Review of logs, etc):
Ensures that SOX requirements are met, performs several SOX controls
Prepares quarterly review and pre-assignment compliance check of GIBR and SOX ABS 13.2.
Management of Delegation of Authority in Unisup.
Users support: Provide on-call support to end users. Record carefully all requests and activities. Identify recurrent issues and propose remedial actions (users training, modification request, …)
Responsible for the activities required to align User roles to meet business/control requirements: investigation, approvals, justifications,
Reviews users and acts on findings (User authorization entries and deletions, User Creation / Deletion, Inactive Users to be deactivated, Password changes, User Lock & Unlock, User validity expiration) and maintains logs of accesses
Reviews approval rights in UNISUP and compares with approved Delegation of Authorit
Qualifications
Graduate, Chartered Engineer or equivalent
10 years Oil and Gas Experience with a minimum 5 years specialising in UNISUP (SAP) activity for the Oil and Gas environment.
Skills:
UNISUP Specialist, Administrator, BSc, MS Office, MS Power Point, Oil & Gas, Operations, SAP.
