Just Gas Limited is into the distribution of LPG (Cooking gas) and diesel. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

POSITION : Female Company Secretary 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining diaries, handling correspondence and arranging appointments.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports on the computer system.
  • Handle daily Banking transactions
  • Organizing and attending to meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) within and outside Lagos (as the case may be)

Requirements

  • OND, HND or BSc. (with nysc certificate) 
  • Good looking, fashionable and out-spoken
  • Good English proficiency and Letter writing skill.
  • Ability to work and run with instruction.
  • Proactive, integrity and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Computer literacy, the ability to use standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).
  • Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to details
  • Must be female
  • Age limit 21 - 28
  • Candidates must live within or around these environs: Alakuko, Fagba, Agege, Toll-gate, Iju-Ishaga, Abule-Egba, Olaniyi, U-Turn only
