POSITION : Support Officer
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the admin desk and CRM
Develop and manage potential and existing relationships with clients by providing excellent financial products and services that add value to clients while minimizing costs and risks to the firm
Banking transactions e.g. lodging of cheques, receiving of DITs etc
Regular follow ups with back office operations
Batching of client certificates for verification
Maintaining client records, files etc
Compiling customer service reports
Maintaining client data base
Opening/closing of client accounts
Processing of requests from clients
Handling of correspondences with clients /prospects
Supporting in the development of periodic newsletters, marketing proposals/presentation
Any duties or responsibility that may be assigned by the Head, Business Support
Requirements
Minimum of a B.Sc in Business, Social Sciences or related fields.
Knowledge of Asset & Investment Management and the Financial Services Industry at large.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other spreadsheet applications, Hiport , Reuters, Bloomberg & Maximiser & HP calculator
Good multitasking capabilities
