POSITION : Sales & Development Officer
Responsibilities
- Conduct-facilitate merchant forums to create “product benefits” awareness resulting in sales of products and services
- Implement SMART objectives to achieve overall company performance goals
- Identify clients requirements/needs through business analysis and evaluation
- Creatively develop market-entry strategies and initiatives to penetrate identified niche markets for ecco’s solutions
- Utilize the online and offline channels to connect with prospective clients
- Develop new clients and retain existing ones through excellent customer relationship management and selling skills
- In collaboration with the management team, create result-oriented proposals and presentations that generate new businesses
- Meet with various clients, which include Retailers, Schools & Associations, Hospitals & Clinics, Pharmaceuticals, Hotel Associations, etc, to present solutions that meet their requirements

Remuneration
- 5% commission on sales of technology solutions
- Continuous payment on client’s (eccoHub Users) monthly subscription renewals
- Guaranteed monthly basic performance pay
- Incentives on each sale of eccoHUB subscriptions
