POSITION : Sales and Marketing Executive

Who We are Looking For

  • A Youth Corp Member who has Passion for Sales
  • You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • A young, competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
  • The goal is to meet and surpass company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through direct marketing, cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in any discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Sales and Marketing role.
  • Direct or Inside Sales Experience a Plus
  • Retail Experience a plus.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive.
  • Proficiency in the use of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation skills, Client Relationships.
  • Age: 22 – 29 years.
