JOB OBJECTIVE
Lead the commercial operation of a designated territory within a region.
Develop the company's direct and indirect sales channels by coming up with appropriate plans and measurement tools which will grow the company’s volume, raise its profitability and increase the market share of its brands.
CORE DELIVERABLES
1. Deliver the monthly and annual sales targets for the territory.
2. Achieve availability of the company's products in wholesale and retail outlets.
3. Work with our dealers and retailers to activate our products at the point of sale.
4. Identify, create and execute opportunities with dealers/retailers to increase sell-in/sell-out.
5. Supervise, coach and train the team on the job to better sell and merchandize our products.
