POSITION : HR Consultant
Requirements
- Good research ability and inclination
- Creative, fluid in approach; able to operate in a fast-paced environment without being fixated on traditional HR approach
- 5 years extensive HR experience (Employee policies, Employee welfare management, Job description design, Compensation and payroll management, Learning and development, etc.)
- Self-driven and high sense of responsibility
- Energetic, proactive and creative
Responsibilities
- Review and design of a functional organization structure
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Design and review job descriptions, including KPIs, for all roles in the organization
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Effective staff management and administration; including attendance, shift/rotation, contract staffing, vacation, etc.
- Review and design of organizational structure
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Design procedures and metrics based on best practice to execute staff competency/skills audit
- Effectively employ best practice in all recruitment exercises to ensure top suitable hires
- Review, design of career cadre and salary structure
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design calendar based on the TNA
