Candidates need to have good management skills.
previous experience in the hotel industry and club management.
Candidates must be able to manage a club with prior experience.
You will also almost always be required to speak the native language and your role will normally mean that you will be working a 6 to 7 day week.
Whilst managing the staff you will be required to sort out rotas as well as any ongoing training that some staff may require.
You will also need to be able to motivate your staff whilst also adhering to your company’s guidelines
As well as ensuring your staff are working hard and having a good time you will also be required to deal with customers and ensure that they are benefitting from great service.
