Minimum of a Full Technician Certificate (FTC) Electromechanical
Minimum of One year in manufacturing industry as a process operator or an Artisan
Must be a qualified and trade-tested artisan
Responsibilities
Operate plant and process equipment
Monitor and control brewing process
Carry out basic maintenance (level 1-4)
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
Competencies:
Knowledge of Manufacturing Way principles
Proactive, independent, and high on initiative
Attention to detail: methodical record keeper
Ability to work effectively in a Team environment
