Fadac Resources - Our client is Nigeria’s leading Non-Banking Financial Intermediary and Equipment Leasing firm focused on niche and general markets. With over 23 years of experience in the field of finance management, tailoring on lease, loans and investment offerings to meet the financial needs of their customers either on a long or short term.

Job Title: Senior Officer, Liability Generation 

Job Overview

  • The Senior Officer is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring availability of funds in the pool for Asset Creation as and when required.

Job Responsibilies

  • Responsible for driving the increase of deposit investments for the company.
  • Maintenance of Liability pool of the organization.
  • Assist with developing strategies to increase Liability pool of the organization.
  • Support the firm in identifying and securing new growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for alternative business strategies to address changing market opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years solid experience in Liability Generation (i.e. Deposit Mobilization) with Non-Bank Financial institutions, Microfinance banks etc.
  • First Degree in any discipline.
  • I.T proficiency.
  • Excellent Data management skills.
  • Professional Sales training.

  • Highly driven and passionate about sales.
  • Strong leadership & team building skills.
