POSITION : ICT Officer (Part Time Position)

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Technology, Software Programming or Internet Engineering (minimum of 2.1).
  • Professional qualifications (CCNA, CISCO) will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge and experience with software deployed in management and finance.
  • At least four (4) years postgraduate work experience.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Not more than 30 years.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and address the needs of employees on all IT-related matters.
  • Protect data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary measures.
  • Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and assist in user training.
  • Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes in the IT infrastructure.
  • Assess IT infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
  • Manage daily IT related issues.
  • Develop IT strategy and procedures to assure efficiency of workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Management of the firm’s website.
